No surprise bills

Before we start work, you'll have a proper estimate of the cost. Sometimes there's an unexpected problem that will increase the cost - if that happens we'll let you know straight away. Our rates are £50 per hour with a minimum 30 minute charge,

Minimal mark-up on parts

We charge 10% markup on parts to cover our time. If you prefer, we can guide you to where you can order plumbing parts yourself.

Honesty about what we can do

We'll never offer to a job that we're not competent for. For example, we're not Gas Safe Registered, so we cannot work on a gas boiler.

Tidy work

We'll keep everything neat and tidy, and take care of your property.

Insurance

In the unlikely event we cause damage your property, rest assured that we are insured for public liability up to £1,000,000.
